All second-hand items will not be returned, exchanged or returned under guarantee. All items that have been used, laundered or modified will not be returned or exchanged unless the one-year guarantee described below is applicable.

It is not possible for us to supplement an order after it has been placed or to make changes to the invoice and dispatch information. Standard abrasion, material fade, small dimensional variations, common/normal winding burls or faults and stitching variations are not deemed to be defects and are not guaranteed.

We will work with you to offer you a similar replacement in the few cases where there is a production problem or error. It is not our responsibility to guarantee if the products have been modified in any way. Neither are we liable for the guarantee on second-hand items.

Orders with accelerated delivery cannot be cancelled or changed. Kindly be aware that advertising and sales items are retail (no return, exchange or cancellation).

When you cancel a Wrap Conversion Carrier, please be aware that a $15 cancelation charge will apply. When you cancel a Wrap Conversion hip bag or Wrap Conversion Torba, please be aware that a $5 cancel charge will apply. As soon as your order has been canceled, you will be sent a verification e-mail and your reimbursement will be handled through your initial billing option.

The refund will be made immediately, but may take 3-5 workingdays until processed by your bank and credited back to your bankroll. Send us your article: Please attach a notice with your name and your initial order number to the article you are sending back and whether you wish to make a refund or change.

Please indicate your PayPal e-mail preference for the costs of the new consignment ($12) if you would like an exchanged consignment. Notice that we cannot warrant that a particular printing is available at the time of processing your replacement, but you have the option of what we have in store.

Once we get your Tula, we will get in touch with you and validate your reimbursement. We recommend that all returns be sent via a shipping company that provides trace information. Please note that we are not liable for items not delivered without a trackingnumber. All items that have been used, laundered or modified will not be acceptable for returns or exchanges.

Advertising and sales items are retail (no returned goods, conversions or cancellations). Wait 3-5 workingdays until the return is completed. Shipments and replacements within 30 days: All new and undeveloped screen media may be returned within 30 calendar days upon delivery for a full refund, less the initial $12 postage charge, or the media may be exchanged for a $12 warehouse printing charge for the price of the new consignment.

Return of new, not used items after 30 days: There is a 15% re-stocking charge for all returned and exchanged screen media between 30 and 90 business days from the date of delivery, less the initial $12 delivery charge. The client will also be charged the delivery charge for the return of the product to Tula.

After 90 working days no further refunds are possible, unless the one-year warranty is valid. Repurchase a new tula ring lifting strap or braided wrap within 5 business day of receiving it for a full refund less the initial $12 postage charge.

Shipment costs for the reshipment or replacement are also borne by the client. We do not impose any restrictions on our regular planned wrap conversion versions*, you can buy more than one Tula Wrap Conversion Carrier in each version. When there are several members, when your familiy loves our Tula Wrap Conversion Carriers or when you want an immediate pick-up, you can buy more than one Tula Wrap Conversion Carrier in each version.

Please note: Due to the high request for our Fancy Wrap Conversion hosiery, we impose 2 straps per budget line. Returns of a new, not used Tula Wrap Conversion in its factory package may be made within 5 business day after receiving the goods for a full full refund less the initial delivery charges. In the event that the genuine package is not being returned with the item or is not in such a good working order, an extra $10 packing charge will be deducted from the amount of the refunds.

A Tula Wrap Conversion can be converted for non-Tula Wrap Conversion product within 5 working day after receiving it. Shipment costs for the return of the Tula Wrap Conversion to Tula and the costs for the shipment of the substitute item(s) to the Client shall be borne by the Client. A Tula Wrap Conversion cannot be replaced by another Tula Wrap Conversion or by an occasion to buy a Tula Wrap Conversion from a prospective warehouse.

Customers shall bear the costs of sending the ceiling back to Tula. Within 5 workingdays after receiving your order, you may either send back all your items for a full return, less the initial delivery charges, or trade them in for a $5 printing charge for the new delivery.

Customers will also pay the delivery charges for sending the product back to Tula (accessories included (but not restricted to) Torbas, baby inserts, spare parts, seat extensions, Tula Mini, bonnet towels, covers, hip pockets, wrap scrap). Shipments and replacements within 30 days: All new and non-used rucksacks may be returned within 30 business days upon delivery for a full refund, less the initial $12 delivery charge, or the shipper may be exchanged for a $12 warehouse charge for the price of the new consignment.

Return of new, not used items after 30 days: Re-stocking is subject to a 15% charge for all return shipments and backpack exchange within 30 to 90 business days from the date of delivery, less the initial $12 delivery charge. The client will also be required to pay the return postage to Tula.
