Wrap your return(s) in the genuine package. Please make sure that you have filled in all the articles you wish to send back and your send back request as well.
Mark the packaging. Affix the returned goods labels firmly to the packaging and make sure that the prior shipping note is blank. Please reprint your returned sticker (see below). Finish the restitution. Ensure that your item is locked tightly and hand it in at your nearest postal service. Follow your reshipment and verify that it was shipped to us in a secure manner.
Upon receipt, your returned item will be handled and you will be sent an e-mail confirming the receipt and full particulars. It is our goal to handle all returned goods within 5 business day after receipt, but it can take up to 10 business day during peak hours such as selling. Remember that once your refunds have been completed it may take up to 5-8 business days for the money to appear in your banking area.
Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot tolerate the following items: Whilst we are committed to thorough product inspection prior to shipment, please inspect your products thoroughly for damage/defects on arrival and send them back for a full refund, chargeback or exchange within the above deadlines.
Every article sent back as "faulty" will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that the defect is due to a defect in manufacture and not ordinary deterioration not addressed by our return policies. Articles must be sent back within 14 working days after supply either against conversion or only against voucher. Each package comes with a free stamped reply tag, please affix to your package and hand it in at your nearest postal service. Your goods will not be invoiced and will take 1-2 business day to be sent back to us.
We are not responsible for any losses or delays incurred as a result of using our free of charge returned goods services. We recommend that you use your own postage policy and purchasing policy for additional guarantees, especially for very expensive returned items. To make it easier for you, we have attached an adhesive sticker for your package.
This is not a postage-paid tag, so you will need to include or frank your stamp when shipping. The Fedex system calculates duties and taxes for every package sent back to us. Use a registered, traced and/or undersigned shipping and handling facility as you are solely accountable for the secure and prompt delivery of your goods to us, shipping and handling, insurances, customs duties and fees for overseas shipments, etc. Unless we have agreed that your returned item will be picked up by our own carriers, we will not be liable for any extra cost, lost or delay in this procedure.
