Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12.00 noon (CET) will be shipped the same date (under usual circumstances).
Personalized articles can be delivered within 7 working days. Tracking the shipping of your product can be done by following the "Track Your Order" links in the shipping notification. It is our aim to ship within the above stated hours, but there is no guarantee of deadlines as the consignments are processed by third party and are due to the haulage companies' public holiday.
We cannot modify the shipping information for orders placed after the order. If there is no one at the specified shipping location who can take receipt of your product, the shipper will drop a notice in your mailbox. The ownership and danger of losing your product passes to you when you take it.
We ship all our items from our warehouse in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Overseas Territories, Channel Islands, Gibraltar and British Military Post Offices, Livigno, Vatican City and Republic of San Marino, Dutch Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, Ceuta & Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, P.O. Boxes. Once the product has been delivered to our forwarding agent, we will confirm dispatch by e-mail.

There are a number of different shipping and handling methods available. Place your order by 17.00 for next business next working without orders for large bulk goods. Workdays are Monday to Friday, except bank holiday. All orders placed after 5 p.m. on a Friday and at weekends shall be deemed to have been placed on the next working weekday, with the exception of bank holiday.
Priority shipping is 3. 99 for all orders over 25; 6. 99 for all orders between 10 and 25 and 8. 99 for all orders under 10 except for large bulk orders. If you are a customer in the UK, you will order until 17.00 for Standardversand within 14-4 business working days, except for orders for large, unwieldy goods.

When your order contains a large or cumbersome article, you will be informed of the cost and shipping period when you place this article in your shopping cart. Large, cumbersome objects are typical commodities weighing more than 30 kg. Some articles can, however, be classified as large or cumbersome, even if they weighed less than 30 kg because of the productsize.
Failure to accept the goods ordered and return them to us will result in us contacting you by e-mail upon your receipt. Reimbursement of the goods costs without shipping will be handled within 7 working day, unless you have previously informed us that the goods are still needed.
You will be billed an extra shipping charge for a second shipment if the goods are still needed. The client is responsible for ensuring that there is someone at the shipping location on the date indicated to complete the package. When a package has been shipped, but you claim not to have received a package, please wait 3-5 working days from the date of notification so that we can trace it with the carrier.
For deliveries of products ordered in the shop for home shipping, you will be notified by e-mail of the order cancelation and can get in touch with us here to request a refund, otherwise by returning your cancel e-mail to your nearest shop to request a return via your initial purchase order processing methods.
Our aim is to ensure that all orders are delivered on schedule. Our monitoring of our supply partner and our own experiences show that 99% of the times within the selected lead times are successfully delivered. We do our best to provide you with the lowest shipping costs. The shipping costs only cover the shipping costs invoiced by our third parties. We have no other choice than to forward these shipping costs to our clients. If possible, we subsidize the shipping costs and do not give them to our clients.
