In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the products in your order, you may send them back to us within 21 workingdays after delivery (subject to the following conditions) for a full return or store credit (you can select on your returned form). Remember that your returned goods must be shipped to us within this period, unless otherwise stated (or in the case of defective goods - see below), returned goods arriving after this period will not be accepted. Please be aware that we do not accept any returned goods within this period.
The articles must be in good working order and must not show any traces of use, as all genuine packing, clothing stickers and stickers are still there. Genuine footwear cartons and other receptacles in which goods are marketed are considered part of the goods and must also be sent back intact and not used.
Returns without brand packing will not be taken. Please note that we do not tolerate articles that have been worn, changed or improperly laundered (please follow the wash instruction on all clothing before handling). If you are trying on objects, make sure they do not come into direct contact wit fragrances, spray, creams etc., and try footwear on a smooth, tidy area.
Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot tolerate the following items: Whilst we are committed to thorough product inspection prior to shipment, please inspect your products thoroughly for damage/defects on arrival and send them back for a full refund, voucher or substitute within the above deadlines.
Every article sent back as "faulty" will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that the defect is due to a defect in manufacture and not ordinary deterioration not addressed by our return policies. It may be necessary to send the article to the producer so that he can judge it and determine what can take up to 14 workdays.
Defective articles that are sent back beyond the normal return deadline will be expertly fixed by us and sent back to you free of charge. In the event that the product is not repairable, we will provide you with a full or part credit or refund (at our discretion), according to the amount of loss. Articles bought within the SALE area can only be refunded within 21 working days after receipt of the goods against store credit or exchanges.
Your legal right remains unaffected - so you can continue to give back advertising material against reimbursement under the distance selling regulation, which demands that you notify us within 14 business days following receipt of a notice of withdrawal in writing.
