FAQ'S - My children's boutique What is the value of the order? Deliveries of £10 or more are free of charge. Order under 10 have a shipping charge of £1.95. Fast track is available to UK clients for £3.

99. What is the duration of the shipment? Our approximate lead time is 4-5 working day. Expedited deliveries are expected to take 1-3 working day.

Shipment times are 3-7 working day. INTERNATIONAL: We expect the shipping to take 5-10 business working day. Advance order items: The stated supply quotations are approximate only. Note that in some cases it may take up to 40 working hours, which will affect your lead-times. Weekdays are Monday-Friday. Our statements are only to be understood as approximate values, we cannot assume any warranty for the supply within the approximate period.

Up to 28 working day shipping time. In case an article does not come, you must notify us at the latest 30 workingdays after placing the order. Before ordering, please verify your data, as we cannot accept any liability for packages that you do not receive due to imprecise shipping data.

What can I do to send back an article / cancele my order? Up to 14 calendars, beginning the following business day after you receive your shipment, you have time to notify us that you wish to surrender your shipment. Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the product (although usually earlier) and bracelets are not refundable.

Reimbursement does not cover the cost of returning the goods to us. The free present must be given back with each full order returns. Failure to give the free present back with the full order returns will result in a charge of £2.50. Is my article defective? A product is not considered defective if the "defect" is due to abnormal use or if you have not followed the wash procedures indicated on the website.

Additional wash directions have been added to the product descriptions and must be followed. Incorrect articles returned/rejected within 5 week will be fully refunded. Thereafter, we may replace, fix or partly reimburse the product. Our size problems are very rare, our size can be a bit large for some articles.

Gladly we are measuring clothes for you. When the entire order is subsequently placed, the free present must also be given back to prevent a £2.50 charge from being subtracted from the amount refunded.
